We remind you that a badge is personal and nominative. Once ordered, it cannot be modified. All orders are final.

What can I do if I didn't receive my badge by email after ordering it online?

You have ordered your ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS access badge but it did not arrive in your mailbox: Make sure your badge has not been identified as spam. Have you provided us with the correct email address ? Please also make sure you have completed the procedure. It is possible that you may not have finished your order. The price is €45 including VAT online and €70 including VAT on site.

Does the badge ordered online give me direct access to the show?

Yes, the badge ordered online gives you direct access to the exhibition. It's valid all 3 days of the trade show. Present it at the entrance to the exhibition and avoid the queues.

Can I visit the show with children?

ALLFORPACK is an exhibition strictly reserved for professionals, so access is not permitted for children under 16.

My badge is available in my personal space but I can't see it. What can I do?

Your ALLFORPACK badge is delivered in PDF format or epass for smartphone. If you have problems opening it, we recommend that you download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

What can I do in my visitors area?

After any order or badge request, a visitors area is automatically created. This personal space allows you to : Track your orders online Print your badges Request invitation letter (visa) related to the badges ordered Finalize an unfinished (or running) order

How can I retrieve my password to access my visitors area?

For security reasons, the ALLFORPACK team cannot give you your password by telephone or e-mail. We invite you to click on the forgotten password link on the home page of your personal space.

I have an invitation card, is it valid at the entrance of the show?

Yes, the paper invitation card is valid and you will be able to obtain your badge at the entrance. Please note that you can register online beforehand to avoid the queue.

I have received a paper invitation card: how can I use it?

The invitation card is valid online: you must register using the invitation code on the paper card. You will also be able to register at the entrance, but we recommend that you do it online beforehand to avoid the queue.

Is it accessible for disabled visitors?

All car parks at the exhibition centre provide spaces reserved for persons with reduced mobility, located close to lifts and pedestrian exits: Car Park P1: 10 spaces Car Park P6: 45 spaces Car Park P7: 12 spaces

Are there any cloakrooms?

Many cloakrooms are spread throughout the exhibition center.

Can I bring my dog to the show?

No, animals are not allowed, except guide dogs.
