AERA has confirmed its participation as an exhibitor at ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, which will be held from 24 to 26 November at Paris Nord Villepinte. The Paris event will be an opportunity for the group to present several recent developments in its product range, highlighting industrial packaging equipment and solutions designed to meet operational performance requirements.
At its stand, AERA will offer a concrete insight into its expertise through two complementary machine solutions included in its catalogue: the Flowpack machine and vertical bagging machines. These two pieces of equipment illustrate the group's approach, which focuses on line flexibility and adaptation to the production constraints encountered by manufacturers.
A Flowpack machine designed for scalable lines

The Flowpack machine developed by AERA stands out for its ability to integrate into a variety of production environments. Designed for both manual and automated line applications, it meets the needs of manufacturers looking for machine versatility and industrial reliability. The equipment can produce packaging with top or bottom sealing and closure, offering different configurations depending on line constraints.
The machine also allows the production of hermetic bags through the injection of inert gas, a key advantage for product preservation and packaging quality control. Compatible with numerous feeding systems, conveyors and robotic grouping solutions, it can be integrated into scalable lines. A hybrid version completes the range, allowing the use of heat-sealing films and papers to keep pace with developments in materials.
Vertical bagging machines suitable for a wide variety of products
The vertical bagging machines offered by AERA cover a wide range of industrial applications. They can produce many different bag formats, from flat-bottom to gusseted, quatro seal or doypack models, thus meeting a variety of needs in terms of packaging formats and product applications.

Available in intermittent or continuous versions, these machines can handle both film and paper, plain or printed. They incorporate dosing systems adapted to the characteristics of the products, whether solid or liquid, ensuring dosing precision and consistent speed on the packaging lines.
Packaging films and papers at the heart of the system

Beyond equipment, the slitting of packaging film and paper reels remains a pillar of AERA's business. The group supports manufacturers in choosing solutions tailored to their projects, with customised widths and lengths and different core diameters, taking into account the requirements of machine compatibility and material performance.
The offering covers a wide range of materials, from standard or barrier BOPP to bio-based solutions. Recent developments include a PVDC-free barrier BOPP film, designed to improve the recyclability of packaging while ensuring food protection, particularly in food applications.
AERA's participation in ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS comes at a time of industrial transformation. In March 2026, the group will inaugurate a new production site incorporating an automated 4.0 line and increased storage capacity, with the aim of improving industrial performance and production capacity.
Environmental issues are also integrated into this project. The future site will be equipped with a 500 kWp photovoltaic power plant, aimed at reducing the use of fossil fuels and placing the group's activity within an approach of energy transition and carbon footprint reduction.
Throughout ALLFORPACK EMBALLAGE PARIS, the AERA teams will welcome visitors to discuss their projects and present solutions adapted to current industrial constraints. Jérôme, Thomas, Léandre and Laurent will be on hand to share their expertise and assist manufacturers in their considerations regarding line modernisation and performance optimisation.
