Alizon Group strengthens its Industry Business Unit by integrating FB Solutions, 2M Industrie, Timis, and DV Recyclindus. This strategic expansion significantly broadens Alizon’s offering, now including custom machinery, end-of-line packaging systems, maintenance services, flexible rental programs, and a full range of marking and industrial printing solutions. TIMIS and 2M Industrie will retain their commercial brands. With this move, Alizon confirms its position as a comprehensive industrial solutions provider, employing 540 people and reaching €295 million in revenue in 2023.

The Alizon group has just announced the integration of four companies into its Industry Business Unit: FB Solutions (packaging equipment and machinery), 2M Industrie (industrial transfer and maintenance), Timis (expert in industrial printers and marking) and DV Recyclindus (resale and depot-sale of second-hand industrial packaging and logistics machinery).

This major reinforcement will enable Alizon Industrie to offer a broader range of products and services. ‘ This new joint activity now offers a complete end-of-line packaging chain, customised special machines, comprehensive support, responsive after-sales service, flexible rental programmes, the sale and short-term rental of second-hand machines, and a full range of marking systems and industrial printers for product identification and traceability, all of which enable optimum management of your flows,’ says the company in a press release, adding that TIMIS and 2M Industrie will continue to exist as commercial brands.

Based in Valence, the Alizon group currently employs nearly 540 people and will achieve sales of €295 million in 2023, spread across three BUs: Industry, Public Sector and Services.
