Its technology, built into Aranco’s stretch wrappers or retrofitted to existing machines, tracks film usage and cost per pallet with precision. The goal: optimise processes, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure load safety. All data is accessible via an online platform or can be integrated into clients’ ERP systems through an API. Aranco provides full transparency and control over daily packaging costs.

In detail, Aranco offers its customers the possibility of knowing, visualizing and controlling the actual packaging cost of each pallet of all their packaging machines, in order to help them control consumption, optimize performance targets and detect malfunctions and inefficiencies.

To achieve this, Aranco uses technology integrated into the wrapping machines that records exact film consumption in meters and actual cost, pallet by pallet, enabling detailed control and monitoring of Target Cost per Pallet (TCP). "In our WaaS service, this technology is incorporated into the Aranco wrapping machines we supply without investment. In the Dos and CdS services, we incorporate our capture device into the customer's own packaging machines," explains Aranco, listing the advantages of such a service:

  • Monitor data on a daily basis (control of exact film consumption by site, wrapper and reel),
  • Guarantee load security (control of film performance and wrapped pallet cycles/turns),
  • Detect and correct deviations (film consumption deviations detected by inefficiency notifications),
  • Visualize and control from an online platform.

 

Aranco also offers the possibility, via an API, of connecting to its customers' management systems, facilitating the incorporation of actual packaging cost data into the customer's ERP or dashboard.
