BJT Pack introduces the LP-V3, a desktop paper cushioning machine designed to combine performance, compactness and growing sustainability requirements.
A response to the constraints of modern packaging workstations
In fulfillment centres and 3PL warehouses, space optimisation has become just as important as execution speed. Packing stations must handle variable volumes, particularly during seasonal peaks, without any physical expansion of available space.
The LP-V3 has been developed with a design engineering approach focused on packaging design. Its compact format (300 x 275 x 170 mm) and lightweight structure allow direct integration onto a workbench or a workstation shelf. This configuration enables rapid deployment on both permanent and temporary lines, while limiting layout modifications.
With a paper output speed of up to 80 metres per minute and an instant cutter activation system (average response time of 0.5 seconds), the machine is designed to maintain a continuous workflow without extending packaging cycles.
Technical performance and operational reliability

Beyond its compact design, the LP-V3 integrates several mechanical optimisations aimed at reducing wear and interruptions. Its gearless transmission system limits noise and reduces internal friction, contributing to extended component lifespan.
The internal structure has been designed to reduce the risk of paper jams through smoother paper channels and fewer friction points. The automatic adjustment of the rubber wheel spacing allows the machine to adapt to different kraft paper thicknesses, notably 50 g/m² and 70 g/m².
Operator safety is also a central focus of the development process. Sensors are positioned at both the paper entry and exit points to automatically stop the machine in the event of an anomaly or threshold exceedance. Once calibrated, the LP-V3 operates with limited maintenance requirements, a key criterion in high-frequency usage environments.
The integrated touchscreen interface simplifies operation and reduces operator training time, facilitating integration into rotating or seasonal logistics teams.
Space optimisation and deployment flexibility
Space constraints remain one of the main challenges for packaging workstation designers. Thanks to its compact footprint, the LP-V3 makes it possible to increase the number of active stations without requiring additional floor space.
Warehouses can therefore densify their packing areas, position the machine closer to the operator to limit unnecessary movement, and adapt their layout quickly during peak activity periods.
An optional industrial external battery further enhances this flexibility by allowing positioning independent of fixed power constraints. This mobility facilitates installation on temporary or modular workstations.
A choice aligned with sustainability objectives
The transition towards more responsible protective solutions is accelerating across the entire logistics chain. The LP-V3 uses exclusively recyclable kraft paper, helping to reduce reliance on traditional plastic solutions.

The expanded structure of compressed paper provides an appropriate level of protection while limiting material consumption. This approach helps to reduce waste volumes, cut landfill disposal and improve environmental performance indicators integrated into companies’ ESG strategies (environmental, social and governance criteria).
Beyond logistics performance, the use of paper cushioning also addresses growing expectations from end consumers for more responsible packaging.
A solution tailored to new logistics requirements
E-commerce distribution centres, 3PL platforms or retail warehouses: the LP-V3 fits within a strategy of continuous improvement in parcel protection processes. Its positioning is based on a balance between compactness, execution speed and mechanical reliability.
Designed to be deployed without complex installation or heavy infrastructure investment, it enables operators to optimise their workflows while supporting the transition towards more sustainable cushioning solutions.
